Cytopia Customers can now also buy credit by bank transfer from anywhere in the world. This is for customers who do not have a credit card or PayPal does not support their country. To buy credit on cytopia by bank transfer please do the following:

1. Register a user account with Cytopia and ensure you provide a correct email address in order to receive your invoice. To register click here.
2. Decide how much credit you would like to buy (read the EU and non-EU notes below before doing so) and transfer that amount to the Cytopia bank account the details of which are specified at the bottom of this page.
3. Please provide the username you registered under in the description of the transfer AND also send a mail to contact_info +(AT)+ cytopia.org with your login name and details on the amount of money transferred.
4. Your credit will be added to your account on the website www.cytopia.org. When this happens you can login to your account and see how much credit you have. Credit may be used to download music from the site.
5. Cytopia will add the credit to your account as soon as it arrives in our bank. You will receive an email invoice when this happens (please check you Junk/Bulk folder, as in some cases the emails are directed there). We hope you enjoy the music.

EU Notes

European Union guidelines stipulate that transfers within Europe are free ONLY IF: The IBAN number is used, AND if the costs of the transaction are shared. So please be sure to use the BIC code and IBAN number provided below, and please specify if asked, that costs of the transfer should be shared. In all cases the credit added to your account will be the EXACT AMOUNT RECEIVED on our bank account in Euros.

Non-EU Notes

For customers outside of Europe, there may be a charge involved to transfer money. For example, if you transfer 20 Euros, and the cost of the transfer is 4,50 Euros, then 15,50 Euros will arrive on the Cytopia account. Cytopia will grant the customer credit in the EXACT AMOUNT RECEIVED on our bank. So if we receive 15,50 Euros then we give that customer exactly 15,50 Euros credit.

Other Notes

All credit is stored in Euros and is converted to UK Pounds, US Dollars, Japanese Jen and Canadian Dollars only for demonstration purposes.
